Warranty

Your Charlestine & Company product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Charlestine & Company retailer. This warranty DOES NOT include NORMAL wear and tear, batteries, crystal, watch case, back case, dial, strap, bracelet, loss or theft.

Proof of purchase is required. If your item is outside of the warranty window in a period spanning a few weeks, please contact us. We are open and committed to accommodating our customers, within reason.
